Sei & Ching

Rev. Holkhosei  (Sei)  &  Vunglamching  (Ching)  Touthang were originally from Manipur, India. They are blessed 

with two daughters and a son. Rev. Sei started serving the Lord since 1995 as a young pastor in Manipur, India. 

Sei completed his Master of Divinity (M.Div) from International Theological Seminary in Los Angeles, California in

 2000. He then completed his Doctor of Ministry (D.Min) from Oral Robert University in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2003. 

Sei served as a pastor of Yale Avenue Christian Church/International Mission Fellowship in Tulsa, 

Oklahoma for 13 years prior to launching International Love Ministries in 2022. 

Sei and Ching felt God's call to start a new International Ministry so they can reach out to more people in different

 countries. Sei and Ching's passion is to train Christian leaders around the world and to reach out to families and

communities with the love of God.
